Premium Mobile Auto Care Inc’s services are limited to auto interior and exterior detailing and seasonal tire changes (tires on rims).
Our service is conducted at driveways, parking lots, private garage parking, or parking spots that customers own or have permission to use. Customers are responsible for choosing the proper working area and obtaining permission for the work (if needed) in private compounds, workplaces, or building parking areas. Premium Mobile Auto Care is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the working floor.
Premium Mobile Auto Care Inc does not perform any vehicle maintenance, repairs, or provide any products or services other than those listed in the description of services.
Premium Mobile Auto Care Inc is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or wheels. This includes, but is not limited to, ripped or torn seat fabric, floor carpet, or vehicle roof; scratches or dents; damaged, stripped, swollen, or rusted wheel lug nuts; weak or rusted vehicle frames; or any other factors beyond the control of Premium Mobile Auto Care technicians.
Premium Mobile Auto Care Inc simply changes tires that are mounted on rims, which the vehicle owner considers proper, correct, and safe for driving.
Premium Mobile Auto Care technicians reserve the right to refuse to install unsafe wheels or tires or if the lug nuts do not fit the wheels or are damaged.
Customers who use Premium Mobile Auto Care Inc services are responsible for noting any problems with their vehicles, including wheels.
Premium Mobile Auto Care Inc, along with the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) (mto.gov.on.ca), suggests that you have your wheel fasteners rechecked and re-torqued after 80 km to ensure that the seal between the vehicle and wheel remains snug.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. Therefore, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time, or if we are unable to perform the service once we arrive, will incur a $30 fee. This fee covers travel expenses and compensates our employees for their time.
Please make any cancellations in advance at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
